Five steps to success: The YouCan approach.

YouCan coaching sessions are inspiring and enlightening. Our mentors
are trained to recognize the mindset and motivation of each individual
client and adapt approaches to best communicate timeless principles
that lead to success.

Content in each YouCan session continues to build upon teachings from
the previous sessions. Clients are welcome to schedule sessions at their
own pace, pause and return at a future date or stop at any point of the
process. However, the greatest successes will come from completing all
five sessions.

Step 1DISCOVERY and SELF LOVE

• Discover your individual strengths and how to apply them in a fruitful way.

• Develop greater self-esteem and positivity for what you offer the world.

Session 2CHARACTER and COMMUNICATION

• Realize the importance of personal character and develop an attitude for success.

• Sharpen your ability to communicate—verbally and non-verbally—so you can
share your thoughts, talents and abilities with others.

Session 3OVERCOMING ADVERSITY

• Create a vision for your future and a desire to succeed that includes
understanding how failing is actually an essential part of achievement.

Session 4GROWTH and GOAL-SETTING

• Develop better decision-making and habits that help you grow.

• Avoid wasting time and energy on efforts or pursuits that don’t align with
   your goals and individual talents.

Session 5NETWORKING and PORTFOLIOS

• Create a portfolio that presents your strengths and abilities.

• Learn to effectively meet people who can help your development and
   build your personal network.

Individual coaching is $200 per session. The entire series of five sessions is
available for $750. Group sessions are priced on a negotiated basis.
